Technomad, LLC, a manufacturer of loudspeakers and audio systems headquartered in Brookline, Mass., has announced the use of recycled plastic into its loudspeaker manufacturing process as part of the company's developing green initiative.
"We want to take advantage of the opportunity presented by our manufacturing process to reduce waste,” says Rodger von Kries, vice president of the company. “This also benefits our customers by allowing us to minimize our manufacturing costs compared to using new plastic.”
The change to recycled plastic reduces waste without altering the quality or durability of the Technomad loudspeakers.
