Electronics recycler and IT asset recovery service provider featured on “Today in America’s” series.

Lombard, Ill.-based Supply-Chain Services Inc. (SSI), an electronics recycling and technology asset recovery service provider, has announced that it will be featured on the nationally televised show “Today in America.” The company will participate in a new program segment, “Recycling Solutions to Reduce Your Company’s Carbon Footprint,” which will cover current trends and issues in the business world.

The segment featuring SSI will be part of the program’s “Greening of America” series. Filmed on location at the company’s headquarters and warehouse facility in Lombard, the segment will highlight SSI’s business model of providing what it calls a single-source solution for electronics recycling and IT asset recovery management, according to a press release issued by SSI.

“We are very excited to be among the first companies to be featured on ‘Today in America,’” says Jade Lee, president of SSI. “SSI is one of the few recyclers in the country with the ability to process and remarket all types of electronics, not just IT equipment.” She adds, “Our participation in this television program gives us a chance to showcase our fully integrated system, our focus on best management practices and our unique ability to address our customers’ strategic objectives for sustainability—all of which make us an ideal partner for managing complex electronic and IT asset end-of-life processes.”

Hosted by former NFL quarterback and award-winning broadcaster Terry Bradshaw, “Today in America” features entrepreneurs and organizations from around the world. The program airs on a variety of national news networks. More information is available at www.todayinamericatv.com.
