Superior Industries has completed a 35,000-square-foot expansion to its Morris, Minn.-based manufacturing operation.
The facility, now comprising a total of 115,000 square feet, is designed to allow in-line manufacturing from fabrication, to welding, painting and final assembly.
In other news, the company has appointed Rob Mullen as its new Southern U.S. territory manager.
Mullen is a conveyor industry veteran with more than 24 years of experience in areas such as product management, applications engineering and service operation.
Headquartered in Cornelius, N.C., Mullen will be working with producers, contractors and equipment dealers in the states of Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.
Superior Industries offers a line of conveyor systems, equipment and components for sand & gravel, aggregate, mining, concrete, asphalt, recycling, civil and marine engineering, wood, pulp and paper, chemical processing, electric utility, coal grain and other processing industries.
