Sunnking Acquires Sister Company

The electronics recycling and asset management firm Sunnking Inc., Brockport, N.Y., has completed the acquisition of its sister company Sunnking Associates, Lancaster, N.Y. Sunnking Inc. says merging the two companies will give it a stronger platform for future expansion and greater development in the electronics recycling industry.

Duane Beckett, president and owner of Sunnking Inc., says, “The management team in Lancaster, N.Y., led by Adam Shine, has provided us with both the experience and bandwidth to complement our senior management in its desire to build upon our past success. We are confident that this acquisition will help Sunnking continue to be a dominant force in the e-cycling marketplace.”
