A subsidiary of Stora Enso Oyj acquired a 17.5 percent stake in Greek corrugated board mill Agropak ABEE.
Stora Enso Packaging Oy acquired the interest from the Maroulis family. The Agricultural Bank of Greece is also buying a 17.5 percent stake.
The remaining 65 percent shareholding will continue to be controlled by the Maroulis family. The mill, located in central Greece, has an annual capacity of 50,000 metric tons of corrugated board.Latest from Recycling Today
