Stellar Industries has restructured a portion of its sales department.
The position of inside sales manager was created and accepted by Keith Formanek, who previously managed the Midwest U.S. region. Formanek’s new job responsibilities include being the liaison between the sales, engineering and production departments, auditing customers orders, assisting regional sales managers on the road and directing end users to the proper regional sales manager and/or distributor.
Replacing Formanek in the Midwestern states is Gary Hanson. Hanson formerly covered the Western region of the United States and Canada.
Replacing Hanson in the West is Stellar’s new hire Steve Jones. Jones will be covering the Western U.S. and Canadian territories. He comes to Stellar from Bob’s Services, an authorized Stellar truck equipment distributor located in Anchorage, Alaska, where he spent 15 years as a sales manager.
Stellar Industries has also announced the hiring of Joyce Pletcher as junior buyer. Pletcher comes to Stellar from Fertilizer Equipment Specialists Inc., where she worked for five years as the business manager. Pletcher will have a wide variety of buying responsibilities at Stellar, including office supplies and equipment, truck equipment and handling all buying for customer orders.
