Stealth Shredding, based in Virginia, has established a partnership with TechDisposal to offer electronic equipment recycling and disposal to its mobile shredding customers.
"We wanted to offer our customers a responsible way to dispose of their old computers, monitors, and other electronic equipment that contain heavy metals that can severely harm the environment and, in most cases, are illegal to dump.
"TechDisposal gives us the ability to offer a program to either recycle, re-sell, or re-distribute a company’s old electronic equipment. A web-based portal allows a company to track their equipment from pick-up to final disposition. In many cases, a customer can authorize the re-sale of equipment to offset some of the costs of disposal or new equipment purchases", says Ron Mann, president.
