The Pittsburgh Chapter of the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries Inc. (ISRI) is holding its annual Nickel Stainless Roundtable on Thurs., Sept. 9.
This year’s event features remarks from four prominent industry speaker in the afternoon, followed by a Consumers’ Night dinner and cocktail reception in the evening. Both events will take place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Pittsburgh Airport.
This year’s Roundtable speakers include:
· John Vorberger, Sales & Marketing Manager of Special Products, Eramet, Coraopolis, Pa.
· Daniel Marx, Vice President of Alloys, Considar Metal Marketing Inc., New York
· Martin Abbott, Publisher, American Metal Market, New York
· Andrew Wallace, Director of Purchasing, Allegheny Technologies Inc., Pittsburgh.
Speakers typically offer their views on the state of the nickel and stainless steel industries and the raw materials markets related to the industries.
The Consumers’ Night reception will feature remarks from Judge Michael E. Dunlavey with the Erie County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.
