Spectro Alloys Corp., a Rosemont, Minnesota-based aluminum recycling firm, has announced the promotion of Aaron Shuneson to the company’s scrap purchasing team. Shuneson has more than five years of experience in Spectro Alloys’ plant operations. He was most recently Spectro’s sorting system manager.
In announcing the promotion, Spectro Alloys notes that Shuneson’s understanding of scrap value and his knowledge of the company’s operational strengths make him a great fit for the new position.
Shuneson’s promotion coincides with the retirement of Calvin Thielbar, who has been with the company for 40 years.
Since 1973, Spectro Alloys has been servicing large, medium and small foundries and die casters with a range of high quality aluminum alloys as well as lower cost alternatives.
