The electronics reuse and recycling firm Sims Recycling Solutions, with Americas headquarters in West Chicago, Illinois, has presented the technology company Unisys, headquartered in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, with an award that acknowledge the company’s environmental efforts during 2013. In that year, Unisys recycled more than 1.1 million pounds of electronic scrap.
“Sims congratulates Unisys for their commitment to the responsible disposal of electronic waste,” says Steve Skurnac, president of Sims Recycling Solutions. “We are proud to be working with them as their asset disposal vendor and will continue to provide them with the most advanced electronics recycling and IT asset disposal services in the industry.”
