Siddons-Martin Environmental Group, an authorized McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing Inc. dealer, has opened a new facility supporting McNeilus products with equipment sales, parts and service in Covington, Louisiana. The new location will provide refuse and recycling collection vehicle operators based in the southern U.S. with increased access to service support and critical parts inventory.
Located at 19426 Highway 36, the Covington facility expands Siddons-Martin’s presence in the region and aims to provide support for operators. The center offers a range of services, including routine maintenance and comprehensive refurbishments, both of which are offered on-site and via mobile service technicians.
“Our mission is simple—keep trucks on the road,” says Jonny Carroll, chief operating officer at Siddons-Martin. “This new facility is another step in delivering on that promise. We’re focused on being the most responsive and dependable service and parts provider in the industry.”
Moving forward, Siddons-Martin says the organization plans to continue to invest in refuse and recycling-dedicated infrastructure and support municipal and private waste operations.
“We know our customers depend on every minute of uptime. The new Covington location strengthens our ability to deliver on that promise through fast service and expanded support,” says Lee Dreas, president of McNeilus. “We’re proud to work with dealer partners like Siddons-Martin who share that commitment.”
