Frog Capital, a company that markets itself as an early investor in companies showing strong opportunities for growth, has agreed to sell its position in SiC Processing AG to Nordic Capital.
SiC Processing, which supplies recovers and processes sawing slurry generated in silicon wafer production, is headquartered in Hirschau, Germany. The company has production facilities in Germany, Norway, Italy, China and the United States. The company generates more than 90 percent of its revenue from customers in photovoltaic water manufacturing.
