Shred-Tech, a Cambridge, Ontario-based designer and manufacturer of shredding and recycling systems, has announced it has entered into an agreement to be the exclusive North American distributer of HAAS primary shredders and HAAS Recycling Equipment of Dreisbach, Germany.
Shred-Tech designs and manufactures machinery for waste reduction and recycling applications. Its fields of specialization include:
- scrap tire processing;
- municipal solid waste shredding;
- product recovery and destruction;
- composting;
- plastics reprocessing;
- scrap metals reduction;
- electronic scrap recycling; and
- medical waste disposal.
HAAS provides mobile machinery, as well as complete installations, for the treatment of wood and industrial waste. It also manufactures turnkey installations to treat sawmill wood residuals.
