A newly formed organization that aims to stress the importance of having the best security in place for shredding companies, has recently unveiled a web site.
The group is calling itself Networking of Security Shredding Professionals. The web site is www.nssp.us.
The group states that one of the keys to the group is the fact that members are not only shredding companies, but they also are security professionals who have earned the CPP designation through the American Society for Industrial Security.
Participating networkers are available to consult on negligent security matters dealing specifically with the shredding industry. Further, members of the NSSP are available to conduct independent security assessments (See related article).
