Shred-Tech Introduces New System

Equipment company offering three-year warranty for new system.

Shred-Tech introduces a revolutionary high-performance Mobile Document Destruction System, the MDS-35GT.

The MDS-35GT is capable of processing up to 8,000 lbs/hour in a variety of particle sizes for different security shredding levels. This system can be installed on a single or tandem axel chassis, and its unique lightweight construction allows for a maximum legal payload capacity of up to 10,000 and 19,000 lbs, respectively.

The shredder is constructed entirely of aluminum. The patent-pending ST-35H shredder has endured 5 years of extreme environment, and destructive testing. To back up its confidence in the product Shred-Tech is offering a three-year limited warranty.

Dimensionally the same as the MDS-25GT, the MDS-35GT has an extra 1,000 lbs. (single axel) and 10,000 lbs. (tandem axel) of legal storage capacity.

An automatic hydraulically operated rear door minimizes unloading time, while offering an additional unobstructed surface for graphics. In addition, a KEITH ® WALKING FLOOR ®  unloading system is a standard feature of the MDS-35GT.

The MDS-35GT is equipped with extreme environment, interactive PC-based controls and an ultra-high resolution LCD monitor. Interfaced with the chassis diagnostics, all system operation conditions are provided digitally to the operator for continuous system monitoring.

On-line billing, maintenance monitoring and prompting, as well as troubleshooting guides are all available with the state-of-the-art MDS-35GT control system.

After two years in the Research and Development phase and the equivalent of more than five years of performance testing under extreme environmental conditions, Shred-Tech’s MDS-35GT is the safest, most efficient and most reliable system ever built.
