Shred-Tech, the Cambridge, Ontario-based information destruction and reduction systems manufacturer, has announced the appointments of Joe Roberto to the position of vice president of sales and marketing and Cheryl Rutledge to the post of human resources manager.
As vice president of sales and marketing, Roberto oversees the company’s worldwide sales and marketing initiatives and dealer activities.
As human resources manager, Rutledge is responsible for developing and managing employment and training programs, salary compensation, job evaluations and benefits.
Previously, Roberto served as sales manager and was responsible for overseeing Shred-Tech’s sales activities.
Previously, Rutledge was human resources coordinator, where she established standardized policies and procedures and brought continuity to the Shred-Tech organization. Prior to joining Shred-Tech in 2003, she served as the executive assistant to the chairman and CEO of CCL Industries Inc. Rutledge received her
