Shorewood Packaging will close factories in New Jersey as part of a corporate restructuring operation. The two plants are located in Clifton and Teaneck.
According to press reports both facilities will be closed by the end of next month.
The two plants make packaging for high-end cosmetics, personal care, and hair coloring products.
