The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be holding its second international forum on improving the recycling of asphalt shingles into road construction materials. The date for the program will be April 13-14, and will be held in Bloomington, Minn.
The one-day program is geared toward government agencies and private companies both nationally and regionally. Asphalt shingle recycling experts will lead the forum that includes highway department engineers, private asphalt producers, paving contractors, solid waste managers and shingle recycling companies.
