Shapiro, headquartered in St. Louis, has promoted Andrew Hadley to chief operating officer (COO) as part of the company’s continued investment in leadership and strategic growth.

In his new role, Hadley will oversee day-to-day operations and work closely with teams across the organization to advance Shapiro’s mission of transforming industrial excess into value. His focus will also include aligning execution with strategic priorities and supporting consistent, high-quality outcomes for customers.

As COO, Hadley will work cross-functionally to support operational excellence, scalability and long-term partnerships, reinforcing Shapiro’s commitment to delivering compliant, transparent and value-driven circular solutions.

Hadley has held a series of leadership roles during his tenure at Shapiro, playing a key role in supporting sustainable growth initiatives. His contributions have helped enhance reliability, consistency and collaboration across the company’s circular solutions platform, according to Shapiro.
