The steel manufacturer Severstal North America, headquartered in Dearborn, Mich., has appointed Saikat Dey vice president, Strategy and Business Development. Dey will be responsible for driving the company’s North American business strategies and leading the parent company’s joint venture initiative in India.
Dey joins SNA from McKinsey and Company where he served as associate principal in its Cyclical Commodities Service, Global Energy and Materials practice.

We are confident his knowledge and accomplishments will contribute greatly to the further growth and development of our company, as well as optimizing existing strategic synergies and growth potential,” says Sergei Kuznetsov, CEO, Severstal North America.
