Severstal North America (SNA), a Dearborn, Mich., producer of flat-rolled steel products, has named Olga Filatova vice president of human resources, effective Nov. 15, 2012. She replaces Melvin Baggett, who is retiring after 36 years of service with the company.
Filatova joins the company from OAO Severstal, SNA’s Moscow-based parent company. At OAO Severstal, Filatova was responsible for recruitment, training, performance and succession management.
