Severstal North America has completed the sale of certain assets operated under Northern Steel Group, Inc., a steel services business, to the private equity firm Aurora Resurgence, Los Angeles, Calif.
The sale includes Miami Valley Steel Service, Piqua, Ohio; Premier Resource Group, Lombard, Ill.; Electric Coating Technology, East Chicago, Ind., and U.S. Metals and Supply, St. Louis, Mo.
The deal completes the same that was first announced on April 26, 2010.
