SES Equipment, a construction and demolition equipment dealer based in West Chicago, Ill., has announced it has acquired a high reach demolition excavator to complement its fleet of excavators fitted with shears, grapples and pulverizers.
The company says its Link Belt LX 460 with a Jewell High Reach Demolition Package is capable of carrying an 8,000-pound tool at a height of 80 feet, and with a configuration modification, the same machine could handle a 5,700-pound tool at 93 feet.
“We have always considered ourselves pioneers in this area for new and efficient methods,” says Steve Martines, owner of the company. “Bringing in this machine, the first available for rental in the greater Chicago area, is an extension of commitment to the market.”
“We have done extensive homework to build a package that is the ultimate in versatility and productivity,” says Bob Jones, vice president of sales. “We are very pleased with the results that Link Belt and Jewell were able to provide.”
SES says the machine is immediately available for rental, rental purchase, or sale.
