Constantino Lannes, President of Sennebogen
“We’re always searching for new opportunities to benefit our customer base, so adding the Sennebogen line to our inventory just made good business sense,” says Scott Cummins, president of Scott Equipment Company. “We knew that the company was a leader in the production of purpose-built material handlers. The Sennebogen line is a perfect complement to our other primary lines – Volvo and CASE, especially for our scrap handling customers.”
Founded in 1939 by Tom Scott, Scott Equipment has multiple locations in the states it serves. The company specializes in serving the petro-chemical and construction sectors of the market, in addition to meeting the needs of its industrial, agriculture, forestry and irrigation customers, the press release says.
Initially, Scott Equipment will target prospective Sennebogen customers in the port and scrap handling markets, the company says. Potential applications in other sectors such as forestry, waste and recycling and demolition will also be pursued.
