Laslavic comes to Sennebogen with experience in industrial and technical sales, including five years with the industry’s largest crane manufacturing and service organization.
“I’ve learned that it’s important for the factory to take an active role in servicing the customer,” Laslavic says. “The factory has to ‘be there’ for customers to strengthen relationships and do a complete job in supporting the distributor. Sennebogen sees customer service as a real team effort.”
Laslavic adds, “I like being able to deliver on what I offer to my customers. With Sennebogen machines, I can count on every machine to do exactly what the factory says it will do. I know that, if it’s in the lifting charts, it will do the same job on the ground. Sennebogen has an excellent engineering process, because it all starts with knowing the customer, knowing what they need and what they expect.”
