Josef Dagn, CEO of Austrian end-of-life vehicle (ELV) fluid drainage system company SEDA-Umweltechnik GmbH, has named his son Rainier Dagn as the new CEO.
Rainier Dagn assumed the role of CEO at Kössen, Austria-based SEDA on Feb. 1, 2010. He succeeds his father Josef, who had been “building SEDA in to the internationally successful company that is today” for more than 40 years, according to a SEDA news release.
Rainier Dagn will lead SEDA’s operations in both Kössen and Ebbs in Austria as well as SEDA-Benelux BV in the Netherlands. He will help lead SEDA-Environmental LLC in the United States along with that firm’s managing director Joachim Vogt.
“SEDA’s intentions are to continue offering best-performing products with top service in order to maintain and increase our position as the world’s number one choice for ELV drainage technologies,” states the company in its news release.
“Josef Dagn will continue to offer his valuable advice and experience to SEDA and will still play an important role in the development of new products,” the release also states.
