International Baler Corp. (IBC), Jacksonville, Florida, has named Sean Usoff director of sales and marketing.
As a long-term employee of IBC, many people in the recycling industry already know Usoff. He originally started in the company’s engineering department in 1989 and helped that department to grow from manual drafting into solid modeling. In 2001, he moved into the sales department, where he handled direct sales and assisting the IBC dealer network. Usoff then briefly served as a regional sales manager, before becoming national accounts manager in 2014, working closely with corporate accounts.
Throughout his more than 27 years of experience in the baling industry, Usoff has accumulated a vast knowledge and understanding of the equipment, real-world application experience and a dedicated mindset to the management team at IBC, the company says.
