After hosting a public meeting and fielding objections from more than 100 neighbors, the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) has approved an air-quality permit for a proposed copper plant in New Haven.
SDI La Farga – a joint venture between Steel Dynamics and La Farga Group, a company from Barcelona, Spain – is in the process of building the plant at 1640 S. Ryan Road. To read the rest of the article, click here.
