Dallas-based industrial scrap management firm ScrapSource LLC has hired Scott Daiker and Keith Boggess as managing directors.
“We are excited to have Scott and Keith join our team and look forward to their contributions with our continued growth of overseeing the scrap management programs on behalf of industrial manufacturing companies,” says Larry Olschwanger, president and founder of ScrapSource LLC.
Daiker, a 26-year veteran of the scrap industry, previously served as a scrap buyer at Commercial Metals. He also spent many years as a marketing manager with Alcoa with responsibilities across the South and Midwest.
Boggess, a nine-year veteran of the scrap industry, previously worked at Allied Alloys, a stainless steel and high-temp alloys processor. He also previously worked as a scrap buyer for Commercial Metals.
Founded in 2010, ScrapSource is a boutique scrap management and consulting firm that provides solutions for companies that generate scrap metal during manufacturing. The company says it helps companies make smarter scrap recycling decisions while improving revenue and implementing industry best practices.
