ScrapRight, Greencastle, Pa., has hired Rudy Ponce of Sacramento, Calif., as a new member of its technical support service team.
Ponce previously worked with another recycling industry software provider and brings years of scrapyard software support experience and exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills, ScrapRight observes.
Ponce is also ScrapRight’s second bilingual support tech, giving the company bilingual (English and Spanish) support from opening to closing hours.
“Rudy is a fantastic addition to our testing and support team, and yet another prime example of how ScrapRight is dedicated to ‘doing things right,’” says Shon Duty, owner and president of ScrapRight. “He is a talented, experienced customer service technician who has worked hard to gain his excellent reputation in this industry, and we are thrilled to have him on board.”
