Scott Jable, a 21-year veteran of the recycling industry, has joined the staff at Stadler America LLC, headquartered in Colfax, North Carolina, as North American sales director.
The company says Jable brings a wealth of experience in numerous recycling segments, including some of Stadler’s strongest equipment and system applications, including curbside single stream, municipal solid waste, refuse derived fuel, commercial and industrial and construction and demolition recycling.
“Both Willi Stadler and I are excited to have Scott on board,” says Stadler America CEO Mat Everhart. “We know that, with more than two decades of industry knowledge and design experience, he will help us continue to grow Stadler’s North American business into the highly successful company Stadler is in other parts of the world. Scott is well-known in the recycling industry as a person of integrity, which is a quality we value highly here at Stadler and just one of the many reasons he fits so perfectly into our organization.”
Jable will be based in the Chicago area and will work with recyclers throughout the middle of North America. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois.
“The reputation of Stadler, both the company and the man, globally and here in the U.S. is nothing less than spectacular,” Jable says. “I have only heard positive comments about Willi, his organization and the equipment. Not only does Stadler produce the highest quality components, but their systems capabilities easily rival or surpass any supplier currently operating here in North America. Combine that with the experience of the team that has been built here in North American and there is a lot to be excited about.”
Everhart will continue to work with recyclers in the eastern portions of the continent, while industry veteran Rutger Zweers will continue to serve recyclers in the western part of North America.
“I am excited about the continued commitment of Stadler Germany to our North American organization and also to be working alongside someone like Scott Jable,” Zweers says.
“We have more than 40 years of combined recycling industry experience within our current three-man sales force. For a newer player in this market that provides a great depth of application experience” he adds.
Founded in 1791 as a blacksmith shop, Stadler is now run by the seventh generation of the Stadler family. The firm says it introduced the first ballistic separator to the recycling industry in the 1970s, growing into an integrated systems house. With what it describes as an engineering-driven approach to solving customer challenges, the company has designed, built and implemented hundreds of recycling plants globally.
