Schupan & Sons, Inc., based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, has promoted Bryan Huggett to the Director of Maintenance Coordination for all of Schupan & Sons, Inc.
Hired in 1992 as plant manager for Schupan Recycling, Huggett was previously a helicopter air crewman in the U.S. Navy where he earned multiple commendations and leadership awards.
In his new role, Huggett will be managing the overall maintenance functions for all divisions and enhancing the hiring, training and retention of Schupan & Sons’ maintenance staff.

I’m certain that Bryan’s experience, leadership and organizational and administrative skills make him the ideal person for this new position,” says Tom Emmerich, COO of Schupan & Sons, Inc. and president of Schupan Recycling.
Huggett will be transitioning from plant manager of Schupan Recycling to director of maintenance coordination of Schupan & Sons over the next quarter.
Schupan & Sons is a third generation, family-owned metals and plastics business specializing in industrial and electronics recycling, metal and plastics fabrication and distribution, and beverage container processing with 13 facilities throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois.
