Schupan and Sons Inc., headquartered in Kalamazoo, Michigan, has appointed Amanda Demorow vice president of human resources.
With over two decades of experience, she brings expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development and strategic HR initiatives to the company. Schupan adds that her track record of fostering dynamic work environments aligns perfectly with its commitment to its employees.
In her new role, Schupan says Demorow will enhance the company’s people-centric strategies aimed at attracting, developing and retaining talent to support growth in global operations.

Demorow previously served as the chief HR officer at Common Citizen, helping create a human-centric culture and develop talent programs for individual growth. She also drove continuous improvement efforts. Before Common Citizen, she worked as a global senior HR partner at Dow Inc., leading the design of a global organization of 2,000 employees and implementing a new HR delivery model.
Demorow holds a master’s degree in organizational development from Central Michigan University.
