Kalamazoo, Michigan-based Schupan & Sons Inc. has added Drew Kocsis and Ryan Limburg to the company’s Materials Trading Division, which is based in Chicago.
“Both Drew and Ryan bring a wealth of experience and energy to Schupan,” says Andy McKee, president of the Materials Trading Division.
Drew Kocsis joins Schupan Materials Trading as a vice president of sales and marketing. For the last 12 years, he has been at Hunter Douglas Metals, where he most recently held the title of metals trader, working primarily in the aluminum sector. During his tenure there, Kocsis also held roles in logistics and quality control. He is a graduate of Western Illinois University.
Ryan Limburg also joins the company as a vice president of sales and marketing. He has nine years of experience in the scrap metal industry, having held roles with Gold Metal Recycling in Dallas and, most recently, with Northeast Metal Trader in Philadelphia. Limburg has held ferrous and nonferrous trading positions at both companies. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University.
“Schupan is at a unique point in our history. We have growth in virtually every division: scrap metal recycling, beverage container processing, new material sales and manufacturing and in our electronics recycling,” McKee says. “It was important to hire quality individuals, like Drew and Ryan, who will keep the momentum going in today’s challenging market place. We couldn’t be more pleased to have them as part of the Schupan team.”
