Consulting Firm Has Recycling Tie-Ins

Rudy Scarito has announced the formation of RS Finance & Consulting LLC, a Boston-based advisory firm she says is dedicated to serving middle market companies.

“Our firm provides merger and acquisition and capital-raising services for companies with $2 million to $20 million of EBITDA,” says Scarito in the notice announcing the formation of the firm.

Scarito says the advisory firm’s activities will include:

• Corporate sales and divestitures

• Raising private equity and debt capital for private and public companies

• Advising public companies on capital structure and capital markets strategy

• Valuations and fairness opinions; and

• Acquisition advisory

Among the sectors that Scarito says RS Finance and Consulting has been designed to serve are the environmental and alternative energy sectors.

“In recent years we have worked with companies in the broader environmental solutions industry in sectors including alternative energy, green building, pollution control, recycling, water technology/infrastructure and waste management, among others,” says Scarito.
