SCA North America, Tissue Division, named David Bricker manager of fiber procurement for its Barton, Ala., facility.
He will oversee the purchase of OCC, residential mixed paper, sorted office and coated book stock for the company’s new Barton facility.
Bricker was most recently general manager of Caraustar.
The Barton facility is expected to start operation the middle of March, and will be operating at full capacity by the end of the year.
