SCA has acquired Vincor Group, a Dutch packaging company, on a debt-free purchase price of around $11.75 million. The company reported sales of around $20.25 million last year.
Vincor has three conversion units in the Netherlands and focuses mainly on short production series within specialty segments of the corrugated packaging market.
SCA, based in Sweden, has a significant presence in both Europe as well as North America. It has a significant presence in the tissue, packaging and writing paper markets.
