The city of Santa Fe is looking to award a contract to a company to build a MRF at the city’s transfer station. Proposals must be received by the city by Jan. 17, 2005. The address to mail MRFs is the following: City of Santa Fe Purchasing Office, 2651 Siringo Road Building “H“ Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505 until 2:00 P.M. local prevailing time, January 17, 2005.
Any proposal received after this deadline will not be considered. This proposal is for the purpose of procuring professional services for the following:
The proponent's attention is directed to the fact that all applicable Federal Laws, State Laws, Municipal Ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over said item shall apply to the proposal throughout, and they will be deemed to be included in the proposal document the same as though herein written out in full.
Proposals may be held for sixty (60) days subject to action by the City.
