The city of San Diego released a Request for Proposal for an economic study of the recycling industry in the San Diego region. The RFP was prepared by the Environmental Services Department. The RFP was issued April 14, with proposals due by May 22.
This solicitation is the opening of a procurement process for an economic study of the recycling industry in the San Diego region for the City of San Diego’s Environmental Services Department.
This RFP does not commit the City of San Diego to award a contract(s), to pay costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal responding to this RFP, or to procure a contract(s) for service. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this RFP, to negotiate with qualified Proposers, or to cancel in part or in its entirety the RFP if it is in the best interest of the city to do so.
The city may also require the selected proposer(s) to participate in negotiations concerning contract price or the nature and extent of services to be provided.
Proposers are encouraged to submit innovative proposals which meet all requirements of this RFP, and allow for the most efficient method of providing a high quality economic study document.
