The city of San Diego will be issuing a request for proposal later this month to design, construct and operate a construction, demolition and inert material recovery facility at San Diego’s Miramar landfill.
The tentative schedule for the procurement process is the following:
Issuance of RFP – Late October
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit – Nov. 19, 2004
Proposal Submittal Deadline – Jan. 14, 2005
Begin Processing CDI Material – Aug. 2005
