Fort Jackson in Columbia, S.C., is inviting all interested parties to a Building Materials Salvage Meeting on Saturday, July 30, 2005, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to be held at the Fort Jackson Post Conference Room located at 4376 Jackson Boulevard.
This meeting is open to the public. Fort Jackson will be deconstructing eight buildings/structures over the next several months and its goal is to divert the construction and demolition waste from the landfill.
