Resource Exchange of America Corp., a Florida-based recycling company, has established a joint venture with Thomas Griffin International Inc. and Sea Lion Ocean Freight.
The JV was signed in order to boost RXAC's presence in the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean. The agreement allows for the exploration and development of projects involving importing and exporting ferrous and nonferrous metals.
As part of the agreement, Thomas Griffin will join RXAC as Vice President.
Sea Lion Ocean Freight is a non vessel operating common carrier that is involved in ocean-going container shipments throughout the world.
