Resource Exchange of America Corp. (RXAC), Sarasota, Fla., has named two executives to top positions with its Asset Recovery of America LLC (ARA) subsidiary.
David Finkelstein, CFO of RXAC, will assume the position of chief legal officer and president of the subsidiary. Finkelstein will retain his position as CFO for REAC while serving in his new capacity at ARA.
The company also has named Jason Livingston to the position of lead estimator of ARA.
