Rubbermaid Commercial Products (RCP), Winchester, Va., was awarded the 2007 ISSA Product Innovation Award for its new Convertible Utility Cart in addition to the Best Customer Service Award. The awards were presented at the cleaning industry’s largest trade show, the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA)/ INTERCLEAN show held in Orlando, Fla.

The ISSA Product Innovation Awards were judged by the cleaning industry’s distributors, building service contractors and in-house service providers attending this year’s ISSA show. They cast their votes for the most innovative products in five different categories: chemicals, paper/plastics, power equipment, supplies and accessories and other products. 

Of the numerous products displayed, show attendees selected Rubbermaid’s new Convertible Utility Cart as the most innovative product in the supplies & accessories category.

The ISSA Best Customer Service Award is an award based on votes cast by show attendees in recognition of the tradeshow booth that exceeded expectations by providing the best information, one-on-one interaction, innovative product demonstrations and overall customer service.
