Round2 Inc., a provider of electronics recycling services, celebrated its five-year anniversary in October with the release of two videos illustrating the company’s corporate philosophy, capabilities and attitude on electronics recycling.
The “corporate” video focuses on Round2 processing facilities and their scope of services, while a “Recycling Remix” video offers what the company describes as “a fresh and entertaining perspective on electronics recycling.” Both videos can be found on the Round2 website at www.round2.net/video.html.
“We have been able to accomplish many great things over the past five years,” says Randy Weiss, Round2 president and CEO. “We have diverted more than 17 million pounds of leaded glass from landfills, seen our sales growth explode at a rate of 6,600 percent and been named to the 2010 Inc. 500|5000 list.”
The company ranked 1,906 on the Inc. 5000, taking the 23rd place within the environmental services category. Round2 reported a three-year growth rate of 142 percent, having gone from $12 million in revenue in 2006 to $29 million in revenue in 2009.
Round2 offers a wide range of integrated asset disposition and technology recovery solutions. The company says its revenue-based recycling services allow clients to better manage their end-of-life asset retirement process, technology rotation and data security requirements while maximizing economic returns. Round2 is ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004, and OHSAS 18001: 2007 registered.
