Rock-Tenn Co. has completed the acquisition of Athena Industries. The company is a designer and manufacturer of custom and stock point of purchase displays and fixtures.
“The acquisition of Athena Industries is consistent with our announced strategy to expand our display business and provide enhanced value to our customers,” said James Rubright, Rock-Tenn chairman and CEO.
