Riverside Engineering has hired two new employees, Nick Hoffman and Isaac Reyna, to round out its technical staff.
Hoffman has a mechanical engineering degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind. Prior to joining Riverside, he managed the engineering and fabrication of metal scrap processing projects with Custom Engineering in Fort Wayne, Ind.
“Nick has the industry experience, engineering and project management skills that will fit perfectly with our open projects and bolster our customer service” says Randy Brace, Riverside Engineering president.
Hoffman will run a regional office in Fort Wayne. In his project engineer position, Nick will be responsible for the design, technology integration and field installation of Riverside’s downstream separation and metal recovery systems.
Reyna recently graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio. While earning a degree in mechanical engineering, Reyna interned with the San Antonio-based scrap metal company Monterrey Iron.
Reyna will be responsible for assisting and improving the mechanical design of Riverside Engineering's shredders and downstream systems. He also will support Riverside’s international sales territories.
Riverside Engineering, based in San Antonio, provides metal shredding solutions for the recycling industry. The company’s product offering includes the M-Series shredders, rotors, downstream separation, controls automation and aftermarket parts. The company is a certified Rockwell Automation Systems Integrator providing control packages for reliable and safe plant operation.
