The Dover, RI, City Council has voted in favor of authorizing a voluntary curbside recycling program in the city.
The program is slated to start Oct. 1, and will be administered by the Delaware Solid Waste Authority. The DSWA charges monthly for the service. According to published reports the voluntary curbside program will cost an additional $4 per month for residents of the city.
