Description: The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) is announcing a full and open solicitation for refuse and recycling Collection and Disposal pickup post wide including family housing for Carlisle Barracks, PA.
All collected refuse and recycling shall be taken from Carlisle Barracks Military Reservation and disposed of in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and commercial standards.
The Government reserves the right to inspect any and all permits. The contractor selected to perform this contract will be responsible for providing all labor, materials and equipment, except as noted in the Statement of Work which will be provided prior to the site visit on June 21, 2003.
The site is a military reservation and all rules and regulations i ssued by the Commanding Officer covering security, general safety and sanitary requirements shall be observed by the contactor. The solicitation shall be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) on or about June 11, 2003. There will be no paper co pies issued.
