Description: Demolition of Long House project includes demolishing a 5100 square foot wood frame building, including foundation, removal of two underground fuel oil tanks, installing a new 500 gallon underground fuel oil tank with monitoring and piping, replacing existing electrical distribution center and existing fire alarm system.
The estimated project cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000 dollars. The industry standard NAICS code is #235940 and the applicable size standard is $11.5 million dollars in annual receipts for the past three years. This solicitation will not be issued in paper form.
